Im not sure what your going to think of this, but il give it a go.
Every morning i wake up and i think "im not going to eat today" and i feel great every hour that i haven't eaten.. until about 7pm. Then i eat some dinner.. then all of a sudden i cant stop myself!! In go the crisps.. chocolate.. ice cream.. more crisps.. etc. and i just cant make my self sick.. I try a lot but never can. I dont know what to do. Im so friggin fat and i hate it soooo much. My boyfriend Josh is always telling me how perfect I am , but that makes me feel worse, like i have to keep to his standards, i don't wanna disappoint him. I need to learn how to control my self.
I am 16 years old, 5'7 and i weigh 60kg. Im huge. Please Help.

i know how you feel
my boyfriend is exactly the same hun, telling me in perfect, he wouldnt change me for the world etc, and it makes me feel like crap, im like, well if im perfect now, what happens if i put on a few pounds? will he hate me?! so im trying too slim down too, instead of not eating all day then binging at night, eat throughout the day, just small, low calorie snacks, then it will keep the hunger away, limit yourself to a certain amount of calories a day as well. but yeah if you eat regularly then u should keep your hunger at bay

totally understand, Josh does that. im like "oh my god, i defo cant put on weight, he wont love me any more"

If you starve all day and then eat some dinner you will automatically wake up the need for more food... when I starve and eat just a little then suddenly I CRAVE more and more that is why I have started to eat bits of low calorie food all day and I think that is the only solution to that... cause of my new way of eating I haven't had an apatite for a long time now. It also helps knowing you are allowed to eat something.

These past days I have been making myself a bowl of salad cause I got fed up with my veggie/spinach food...
I cut 2 tomatoes and pretty much the half of a big cucumber, some canned corn, an entire iceberg salad, a few green olives and sweet peppers. On top of this I put some water-canned tuna with a few grams of a 100 kcal dressing, chilli, salt and pepper. (instead you can use wine vinegar and oregano, salt and pepper) With this I drink coffee, water or tea.
Instead of tuna I might fry 100 grams of chicken breast and cut some into the salad.
Sometimes instead of salad I will prepare a stir fry with spinach, give it some curry, salt, pepper, chilli and lemon.
when I feel a bit hungry I will get a small bowl of that, I eat it as often as I like which is about every 3rd hour... I might snack on canned gherkins, canned carrots, canned asparagus, canned mini corn, salt and pepper prepared spinach, carrots, cucumber, shrimps, Agaricus-mushroom... whatever low calorie stuff.
I eat about 300 to 500 kcal a day and I have no limit for how much of this stuff I am allowed to eat... it's easier not to eat when I am allowed to... in time I just have less appetite.Last edited by Miss_Holly; 05-13-2009 at 01:12 PM.
