Binged again for the past 3 days, grrr I just hate it and know I wont weigh what I should on Monday (weekly weigh in day) so tomorrow I am aiming for 500 or less then all next week and the week after I am going to aim for 700 or less rather than 900 which would have been my orginal plan.
Do you think that this will get me back on track for my target weights that I have set?
Just feel like shit right now
