Any time I eat or drink annnnything, my lower tummy rounds out so much that I look like I am pregnant or something! It is also usually painful too but what I am wondering is:
what do you guys do to combat the round belly effect?
I look like the starved kids on tv or something I swear.

How to get rid of the "pregnant belly" look after eating

i hate it
srry i cant offer any tips on getting rid of it or anthing thing tho =[ =/
Ah the 'food baby' effect xD
I have no idea how to get rid of it
Even if I eat the tiniest amount of food, the food baby comes out
Never let a single day pass which gives you reason to say,
'I'll do better tomorrow'
Hahah the food baby.
it sucks! It is all firm too just like a pregnant belly or something. It makes me not want to eat or drink anything at all for fear of this grossness.
All I had today was some coffee, water and some beef broth. That's it. And tada!
It could be air. Do you talk at all or take a breathe while puting the food in your mouth? you could be swallowing air.
also when you chew gum you swallow a lot of air.missthin.tumblr.com
that happens to me too
i take some laxitives and fiber... lots of fiber pills
i dont know that it helps any, but i feel like im at least doing something :/
maybe i swallow air... maybe ill try some GasX ???MOOD: patient. as soon as my foot is better im going to buy a Nissan Z
I guess it's definitely possible. So maybe I will get some fiber pills too or something. This won't have some sort of gross laxative effect on me will it?
I get that too. Recently it's been every time I have something. I ate like 3 strawberries this morning for breakfast and bam, my tummy looked crazy bloated. I so desperately wish I knew how to be rid of it. =(

I'm glad it's not just me! I hate it so much I have to wear my thick dressing gown when I eat because I can't stand my stomach expanding like that.Female™

I find taking Rolaids (Antacid and Calcium supplements) after meals tends to help. They help relieve heartburn, sour sotmach, acide ingestion, and upset stomach due to these symptons. I usually take 2 per meal, so usually 4 tablets a day.
On the back of the box, it states that Rolaids can be taken as a source of extra calcium by taking 2 tablets twice daily. So having extra calcium is a bonus. =)
Hope this helps.i want to be somebody i can never be
