hey i have just joined lately i just dont like my weight anymore i use to be happy with my 162 cm 40kg figure but since i stopped heavy swim training i have plummeted up to 45 i hate my theighs and wants to get rid of it. I love a challenge and i think this could be a good place to start. so if anyone has any tips to drop quickly i would love they help cas right now i hate food. and dont even want to look at it.and looking around god i want to be thinner than the girl standing next to me i just dont no where to start letty
