Default New in town and so friendly advice needed

Hi I'm new to this form. I super glad I found it. Its one of the only one's I've been able to find that is still active and/or pro ana in the "really" since, meaning that the dont encourage or discourage its just here. All the others ED forumsI feel like people are almost looking down on me for having an ED .

I have had Anorexia honestly as long as I can remeber. At times I hate myself for it and at other times I feel like I can't live without it. I do alot of acting so I can get away with eating healthing things or small portions by saying I'm watching my figure for a role.

Recently though I have just felt disgusting I've been feeling fat and gross. I would work out I work some 40+ hours a week, pluss I have a desk job, not much activity. I constantly mfidget to burn calories and try to walk around but its hard. Does anyon have any advice on things I can do to burn calories at me desk?

    Thanks for any help!!!

You could buy one of those stepper things that goes on the floor so you're always moving your feet around...?
