Hi everyone... I'm Kate. Not sure what else to say here... I'm not ana/mia, but I calorie restrict. I track all of my weight stuff at fitday.com so I do it in a healthy sort of way. I stick to veggies, fruits, lean meat, and a ton of water. I get enough carbs with the fruits... I'm surfing a ton to try and lose weight. When I can't surf, I swim. It's a good whole body workout. I'm at the beginning of my latest round of dieting... I'm seeing a guy who used to date a lot of Asian girls and I'm afraid he'll eventually realize that I'm white and chubby. Eww!
