Today I've had a couple handfuls of chips, half a tastykake, and a slice of bread. I took an hour long walk and did around 700 crunches but I still hate myself. I lost the couple of pounds I had gained back, but I'm afraid I'm gonna start gaining again from all the shit I ate today. I can't gain anymore, I don't think my psyche can stand it. Help me, please? I need to lose more.
