What do you think of protein shakes? My dad is making me drink them once or twice a day and its so annoying! I feel like they're just filled with liquid calories that I'm not supposed to eat! My sister will go and make a shake and just fill it with calories, it's disgusting. But I only put OJ or soymilk and strawberries in mine, so it's 200 cals or less.
Could I put protein shakes in a liquid diet? If I'm being forced to drink them, I might as well use them to my advantage...
