Question when will I pass out

I'm having trouble knowing when I'm going to pass out
I never feel particularly bad, sometimes I figure it out when my hands go numb
I just need to know so I can fight it
but sometimes I feel like it catches me out of nowhere
it wouldn't be a problem if I just knew
my friends are worried and I don't want them making me eat.
and it's like I usually feel fine. Not hungry, tired, anything.
I've been staying between 140 and 170 calories and walking at a good pace 6 hours a day, then working out at home.
I know it seems like a lot and I expect to feel weak sometimes.
I just wish that I knew when I was going to melt into the floor >.>
    so how can I tell?
    Everything is Awesome.

I've never passed out before. Came close, while I was pregnant. It came out of no where and I never figured out why. But the feeling in your fingers is probably blood sugar. That's what happens when it's low. Now that's not definite, but that's what the Drs usually say about such things. And I know that's what's wrong when it happens to me.
I want to kiss the bottom of the ocean before I burst through its surface into the sunlight, otherwise I will always be wondering about what was left unseen at the bottom.

I wish I could give you the answers you want but unfortunately I can't because sometimes blacking out happens out of the blue with no warning. For me personally this happened last time I blacked out I was feeling fine after just getting out of the car walked across the road and I jst went like that. Another time I was standing by the kettle (again fine) then I just went all fuzzy and blacked out - came round and started vomiting then all of a sudden I felt like death and ended up in bed refusing to go to hospital. So I gues what I am saying is sometimes we dont know when we are going to black out to stop it happening.

Sometimes though if I feel really weak and dizzy and suspect I will probably black out I just stay in bed or if I am out and that feeling comes over me I buy an electrolyte drink.

The numbness could be related to electrolyte disturbance e.g potassium and magnesium, that happens to me also in the legs and arms.

Uh...passing out is odd. I got up from a 5 day fast where I was basically in bed for these days. I had very little water. When I got up I had the blacked out eyes that I get whenever I stand up...but I felt dizzy so I put my head against the wall to stable myself and I remember thinking "water, need water". Next thing I knew, I was on the ground and VERY confused. I don't know how long I was on the floor for but I had a sharp pain on the back of my head and back. So I got up, weighed myself and checked my back and there was a red mark where the skin had scrapped off. I got some water and went to lie down again. A very odd experience.

it's just weird how I feel really good sometimes and then everything just starts spinning

I just feel weak, I shouldn't be passing out :P

Well I thought I was fine too...it just sort of happens. I mean one minute, I was perfectly fine, next second my eyes are blacking out (which I'm completely used to), next second I'm waking up on the ground. You are unconscious before you hit the ground so you don't remember the fall. You can't even think straight to have a coherant thought of, "oh no, I'm going to pass out". Just be careful. if you feel weak, eat protein. Something like cheese or beans, or a handful of nuts. (I know all of those are high in calories, but it beats having a concusion.) Also, if you are fasting or restricting very low under 250, do not eat or drink something sugary...because once your blood sugar goes up, it will crash which can increase your chances of passing out since you haven't ate anything else.. please be safe.

Wow everett, you know a lot about it! I never came so close to pass out. I was falling down, I felt dizzy yeah. But it was not really passing out that I could say "I didnt remember anything". Good to know for the future what to do then, if it will come to this... I mean regarding to the sugar thing you mentioned )

thanks so much for all your helpful information! I probably do the sugar thing a lot. I try not to eat any dairy or nuts, but im going to try to be more aware of what my body is running on even if I feel fine cause I'm REALLY tired of people finding me on the floor

and barely getting off by being like 'IDK what happened, I just got dizzy, so I just laid down and I guess I fell asleep, i'm just tired'

it kind of surprises me how much that one works....it won't fly for much longer.

also it's really scary when i'm like at the mall and all the sudden the whole world seems to be bouncing and I feel like I can't breath anymore.

Yeah, luckily when I passed out, no one was home. I was so grateful.
I'm a vegetarian so if I eat lunch at school, its pretty much all carbs (fruit, saltine crackers, bagels and veggies). The only form of protein avaliable is meat (gag me) so even if I eat about 200-300 cals of lunch, I feel SO weak when I get home because my bloodsugar will be low. I'm not diabetic, but my grandparents are. Sometimes I check my bloodsugar on their glucometers and I have figured out what makes me shaky and what doesn't. Also, I've learned a lot just by asking them questions about it.
You can also try chobani yogurt, its 100 calories and has a lot of protein in it. Plus its yummy.
