    Well I have always had a warped view of thighs, the thinner the better, sticks are better than curvy thighs in my eyes.... Recently I haven't noticed them changing much and I know that you can't really choose where weight is lost, but I was wondering if anyone has any tips or pointers of exercise/stretches that slim the thighs because they are just not changing how I want them to.... And yes I am aware this site isn't for tips bla bla bla but I'm at witts end and it's driving me crazy....
    Yeah also just curious as to what measurement everyone's thighs are at their widest part?
    Mine are currently 20 yeah I know massive :/ grr

    i dont measure mine but they have been getting smaller.
    i lay down in bed and do leg lifts. slowly lift your leg 90 degrees and slowly lower it back down.
    i like to do 100 for each leg befor bed. when your thighs burn and are cold, it means its working.
    If it doesn't challenge you it won't change you.

    My thighs are 21 inches at the widest part... They used to be 24!

    Ahhhh mine are 20.5! They used to be 18. Those were the good ol' days when they didn't touch.

    My thighs are 17 inches just measured them although i still feel huge!

    I'm not sure about tips I think thighs are a difficult one and shape/size can depend on your body structure. My family is quite lucky even the larger ladies have thin legs and more fat on top so apple shaped. Pear shapes hold fat on thighs, hips and bum so it's harder for those people to lose fat from legs. I think some kind of exercise at gym or home could help to tone and lose inches but I have no idea which one - sorry not much help

    For me anyway, I don't do anything special in the form of exercise, but I eat veg and try to walk around

    Ahh right I'm doing this tonight, I already so squats and these bum raises each night so I'll add these to my routine, thank you
