Hi everyone! Not really sure what I am doing or why I am on here but all I know is that I am really fat I have yo-yo'd for as long as I can remember but still I am so fat.

I started to purge a couple of weeks ago, without the binging. I hate myself for doing it and I know it is wrong. Need to stop. I tend to eat little or nothing throughout the day and then sit down for an evening meal with my family. My husband goes to work at 8.30pm and the kids go to bed. This has kind of become a cue for me to bring up as much of the food that I have eaten as I can.

I just want to be thinner, not skinny or thin, just thinner!
