    Default Uneven Hips? Help pls.

Does anybody else have this problem? I hate it. Maybe it is in my head, but I don't think so. I think I look so stupid and deformed. It's like my left hips sticks out and looks nice and curvy but my right side doesn't look like that...I just looked stupid.

    I don't have scoliosis.

I don't have health insurance...so physical therapy is not an option.

I am not a fan of chiropractors.

I've tried certain exercsies to help (and have done my share of research)...but maybe I'm still not doing the right type of exercises?

Does anyone have this problem? If so, what are you doing/have you done to correct this?

Hey there, it could just be the way your bones grew? Does it cause you any pain? I have knees caps that sort of move out of place and so I do exercises to strengthen the muscles surrounding the joints and keep them in place.
People really are not very likely to notice but if you are worried go and see a gp x

No pain. I just don't like the way I look. If it wasn't for this issue I would wear a bikini. I have no health insurance so seeing a doctor isn't gonna work for me...too expensive!

I think it's just the way your body's built. Like, my left collar bone sticks out way more than my right, and I know this guy whose legs are different lengths, so shape abnormalities probably really aren't that abnormal at all. If you feel really self conscious about it, maybe try sculpting with self tanner?

I have the same problem with one hip being different but in reality one of my legs is slightly longer than the other pushing one hip higher than the other....and theres nothing i can do. It happens but to me my worst 'deformity' is that one ear is slightly higher on my head than the other which was awful for wearing glasses....glad i have contacts now....

Do you do a certain sort of exercise or action on one side of your body and not the other.
My sister had a baby and i always carry him on my right hip and now it's smaller then the other one, so maybe that's a possibility??

I have a hip condition which required me to have surgery on one hip more times than the other, so I basically have no "crest" on my left hipbone. I sympathise xx

I can relate to carrying children on one hip lol (use to work with kids a lot). I would usually carry them on my left hip. I started noticing this ever since I was 20? Not sure. I'm gonna start doing different stretches and yoga to help cuz I've read that that helps. Also, certain pilate's exercises too
