Hii. I'm Vale, i'm italian and 23.

I really don't know why i'm here, i guess i need to figure out my relationship with food and mirrors and scale.

I've had EDNOS few years ago and now i just wanna lose some weight but i can't do it healthy or normally. I usually eat a lot and then feel guilty and try to eat less then i should.

I'd like to understand why SOME DAYS i think i'm fat while i'm not, why i eat though i'm not hungry, why i like growling stomach.
Other days i just like myself and feel good and enjoy food.

What's wrong?
