Oh my god. These past two days have been awful. Yesterday totalled 3200 calorie and today? 5300. I'm so stuffed I can hardly move. Tomorrow is a new day and I am starting my new diet. 400-700 calories a day, an in the meantime I am going to try and stop binging for good. For some reason, heavy restricting helps me not to binge. AND... I seriously need to lose weight 5 ft 2.5 and 97lbs (ugh) I want to be 90lbs so badly.
Its been a while since I've restricted heavily, probably about a year and a half, but enough is enough. Wish me luck!
