    I'm taking hoodia.
    When I have to eat what is the safest way of eating.)
    Like on friday I'm picking un-sweeted apple juice up but I need to know what is truly save, do any of you know?

    i'm taking hoodia too! i only started on it today though.
    i'd say probably green veg or tomatoes. (green veg like celery and cucumber.. not so much cabbage or broccoli..)

    It's better to eat the fruit than drink the fruit juice. Though the fruit juice is way better than soda and has more nutritional value than water. Apples are way more satisfying and will nourish your body more than the juice. Unless you're doing a short term juice fast. But even then you should get a juicer and juice the fruits yourself.

    Oh and tell me what sort of hoodia you're taking and how it works.

    As far as safe foods - google negative calorie food. That basically means you burn more calories chewing it than it has in it. I don't think that's entirely true but seriously, I doubt anyone can get fat on celery and cucumbers. There's a big list but I think it's best if you look it up yourself so you can write yourself a mini list of foods you like from it. That's what I did. I love strawberries but I'm not a big raw radish fan lol. I think that was one of the foods on there, anyhow?
