And what is your goal?
If it is warmth, I would suggest a hot bath, a hot beverage, a heated blanket, snuggling with a warm person, some nice warms socks, a hot water bottle, a heating pad, a heated bean baggie, or perhaps a ton of blankets. Maybe some of these in combination.
I am cold right now.....and in IP you aren't allowed to shower during 11-6 and I really want a hot shower (they have no baths)

I think you're referring to your goal weight. I'm not too sure to what extent we can advise you on that as it might be encouraging your ED rather than giving practical tips that you can make healthy use of...
