Default Not doing so great, TW

    Hi,
Been a while since I was logged on to this site, but I'm not doing too great.
I've been losing weight again and I really don't mean to, especially not this much this fast
My university studies are starting up again on Monday, which is making me nervous.. I want to be at my best so that I have the strength to make it through the year, but If I keep this up.. it's all going to go to hell!

I know I'm not eating enough but I can't seem to make myself eat more than I already do. At times I feel all I'm doing is eating, and at others it's more that I'm thinking about what to eat, but not doing it.
Right now I know I should eat something, but what ever ingredient I pick up/look at or what ever dish I think of I just end up thinking "no that's not it, that's got to much carbs/fats/kcal in it etc." and so I don't eat anything, again.

I'm just really frustrated with myself right now. I'm so scared if I do start eating I'll binge like nonstop, but the longer I go without eating the bigger the risk is I will binge for sure

Dude...so what if you have a binge??!! Are you scared about the weight gain or lack of control? I don't know how long you've been going like this...but one binge isn't going to have this crazy huge affect on your weight loss like people assume. You need to just take a breath and relax. In order for you to gain that energy back...YOU NEED THOSE " carbs/fats/kcals".

I mean would you rather lose weight and be fatigued...or kick ass in your studies and get an awesome job in the future??? THE CAREER.

I know this isn't a simple matter and we may differ in opinions, but you have to do this for yourself. You won't binge if you tell yourself you aren't going to binge. Don't even think it as a possible outcome.

When you eat go for nutrient dense foods. High complex carbs, lean protein, and healthy fats. If you feed your body right after this restriction, you won't binge.

Now, if you decide to eat salads or something low cal..yeah you can bet your ass you will go on a binge. Get yourself some lean meat (if you eat meat..if not add a whole grain with a legume to fulfill those protein requirements), sweet potatoes, and veggies on the side roasted with some extra virgin olive oil.

Fuel your body right girl!! Good luck at school by the way. I just started too!!
