Whats some of ur safe food? Cuz I can't keep anything down and I can really use some suggestions.

Black coffee. Sorry I'm not much help , I can't keep anything down or it sends me in a panic . If I eat, I purge. I basically fast the rest. Terrible and I want it to change! But I'd rather not eat than b/p.

(I don't get triggered by feeling full, just by calories and/or types of food so I often eat larde quantities of my safe foods like vegetables) huge quantities of veggies, I usually always have green salad, bell peppers, cucumber, tomatoes, mushrooms. I also really like boiled zucchini and carrots.
As for proteins I feel good eating there ade chiken breasts, turkey burgers, lean fish, low fat cottage cheese, edamames, quinoa. Fruits are usually oranges, apples, peaches, watermelon and melon.
I have a hard time with carbs which means I usually can only deal with rice cakes, like 1 or 2.
I also really like having a protein shake in the morning, with protein powder and spinach blended in.

Recently, vegetable and lentil stews - I can control the amount and water them down if I need the taste but can't afford the calories or still don't feel full after my allotted amount.

Greek yogurt.
It takes awhile to eat because it's pretty thick, lots of protein, tasty, filling, and depending on brand..low in cals. So satisfies everything for me.

Bananas - full of calories, but full of potassium, and fills you up.
Although feeling full drives me crazier than calories do.
