I just joined Why Eat...my very first time signing up to one of these, I didn't think I needed it. Lately it's been hard to focus on my restricting and fasting...almost like I've lost my drive. I'm really scared...I don't want to be a fat cow...I find myself trying on my clothes 5-6 times a day just to make sure they still fit. I might be a little out of place here...I hope not, I'm african-american I know it's a shock. I really hope that I can grab hold of my old self...and fast.
