Bad sore throat tw

Sorry for so many threads! Just find the support on here amazing. I'm a very curious person and like to ask questions/ opinions of others.

My throat is to the point it's red raw. It hurts to even swallow water. I sound like an Australian version of miley Cyrus. (Deep voice)

I have been at my worst lately. Bp even when it hurts and I mean hurts BAD.

Is anyone's throat super sore all the time? Is there anything I can try to get rid of it? I've tried medicated throat lollies etc nothing works!!

Help!


Also forgot to add, as well as the sore throat my ears have been ringing non stop . Is this bulimia related? Never noticed it until about a week ago.

The sore throat is probably related to acid reflux after purging and/or damage caused by your nails to the lining of your throat. As for the ears ... idk about that but i assume it could be related as ears nose and throat are all linked?

First of all, don't apologize.
Yes, I experience this lately, too. Also because it cets colder outside and I have a very sensitive throat.
It hurts so much when I breathe. With every breath I can feel my esophagus aching from my stomach, through my chest and up to my mouth. Ouch.
I like to use Ricola (don't know if you have them in the US) with honey and sage or drink tea with honey. I think, milk with honey helps, too.

What helps the most is still stopping to purge. But that's said so easy...
