I'm definitely not ready to recover- in fact I'll admit that I really still want to lose, but my body has taken such a beating I find doing anything strenuous difficult. I work a physical job and need to keep my strength. When I spoke with my dietitian we talked about eating things that would nourish my body- omega 3 (avocado 1/2; oily fish; nuts); calcium (yoghurt; brocolli; calcium supplements); fruit and veg; lean meat. Any ideas? I'm trying hard to introduce new things and do eat a meal with my partner most nights but I am struggling to find energy and really want to start walking more now the weather is warm
