For the past week I have been restricting my diet so that I eat less than 300 calories a day. But for the past week or so my muscles have been hurting a lot. I don't know if this is just my muscles being 'consumed' by my body or if this is even normal. I drink plenty of water and I do get at least 100 calories every day. This isn't the first time I've purged and this isn't even the worst restriction I've done either. Any tips or insight to this would be fantastic.

*I'm not looking for any support in purging again, I am seeing my doctor again about this, but I just want to know if anyone else has experienced this and if it's normal*
