    Default deranged snoozing

Does anyone else have horrendous sleep patterns?

I'm either passing out at 2 a.m. because I was in my end-of-day B/P frenzy, or waking up hypoglycemic when I really want and NEED to sleep in, or some other variation on madness verging on Edgar Allan Poe. It's hell. The eating fucks with the sleeping and vice-versa.

I'm anorexia B/P-subtype (hence lurking mostly in the bulimia forum ). Some Korean psychiatry study saw that 70% of ED people with that pattern have messed-up sleep. Ugh.

I sleep normally every night, like midnight to 8ish in the morning, but for the last year I ve been nodding off pretty much all the time unless I am out doing something. Like I literally fall asleep at 10 am or at 3 pm or at 7 pm, whatever the time is I nod off. I think it is both for lack of energy and because by sleeping I don't think and don't eat.

My sleeping is so fucked up.
I can't sleep at all during the night, but during the day I could literally lay down and fall asleep within seconds.
But even if I've had no sleep for 30 hours, I still can't sleep at night.

Oof. So many of us. As if it weren't bad enough having the basic biological need to eat completely hijacked by our psyche, NOW WE CAN'T EVEN ESCAPE WITH SLEEP!

Aaaaaaand on a completely unrelated note: half my tooth just broke off. Literally, there is a hole now that I could poke a straw through and sip a drink without ever unclenching my jaw. Glorious.
