    Default She knows.

My best friend has started getting really moody with me, because I'm all 'secretive' and am keeping things from her. I changed my phone password so she couldn't see any of my accounts on mpa/twitter/tumblr etc and now she's found out the truth and wants me to delete them all and take me to the doctors and make me eat and stop me cutting and I'm gonna have a breakdown because I can't talk to people and I like being on my own because confrontation terrifies me and I'm in control but she's trying to take it away. I don't wanna lose her, she's all I have but I honestly don't think I can do this, I'm not strong enough. I literally cried all night and I don't know what to say to her, just want her to hug me and carry on like we never had the conversation but it's not gonna happen. I feel so alone, I'm so triggered and I'm really sad. I don't know what to do...

You could have the conversation by text... That's how I told my best friend. It's not very personal I know but I hate confrontation as well and it worked really well actually, as you can take as long as you want to think out replys

Whether or not she knows, it's happening you can't hide it and she can't run away from it. Just let her know you need her and love her and need her support, and not to be frustrated when she can't give you the miracle cure or help you wishes she could.

Talk to her. She wants to help you, and trust me... when you are ready to recover, you're going to need and want someone like her around. She cares about you, and that is hard to find. Let her know how much she means to you. And tell her that these things take time for some of us, and when you do recover, you have to want to, too. She's not trying to take control away. I know you feel like it right now, but in due time you'll see she's trying to do the exact opposite.
