I haven't been on we lately, because I've had a pretty tough time, I was put in a psych ward for a while and now have school exam ect but I just want to encourage anyone who wants to recover that it's possible! I'm not claiming to be fully recovered but I've started seeing a psychiatrist and psychologist weekly and I've been fully b/p free for a month! I've been in therapy for about six months and it's taken so long to get to this point but it's really happening! (I don't really know what I wanted out of this post but I guess I just want to encourage anyone who is thinking about recovery) my life is so much easier when I don't put so much energy into thinking about weight and food!
