    Default desperately thirsty

    anyone else get desperately thirsty just randomly?
    obviously after purging i'm thirsty but just at random points throughout the day i suddenly get soo desperately thirsty, even if i didnt need a drink before. its weird.

    anyone else?

    Yes definitely! I'm always so thirsty after bping. I try my best to drink water when I'm not bping even if I don't feel thirsty. It's hard. But it's SO important to stay hydrated. Please try to up your fluids. <3

    at 11pm I always get insanely thirsty, it's just pure dehydration because bp and starving just messes up your body and kidneys so much, any water it has it needs to use to maintain your organs, so we need more

    I'm so thirsty after B/P... like crazy thirsty.

    But I'm always water loading during the day so I never really experience a chance to get thirsty...
