sorry post script to me what I wanted to say is that I speak to my husband daily about this and it causes huge rows over not eating. Is there a cure to not wanting to eat and not wanting to gain weight a friend says hide the scales is that the answer? I want to be able to eat and not feel bad about it. go to my target weight. I have been to the doctors and been to several groups they do not help. I like being thin how can I remain thin but eat? Is just drinking enough say like cocoa, coffee and cups of tea along with ovaltine? Any answers?
