Default Low thyroid but I am happy for other reasons

I finally have answers after an emergency room visit! My thyroid levels are low which would explain why I feel horrible. Like I was so fatigued I was falling asleep everywhere. even in public. I decided to go to the ER because my primary wouldn't see me until february and I felt particularly awful (food isn't digesting, fingers are blue, extreme disorientation). They took my blood pressure which was erratic and they thought I was having a heart attack. So they did some tests and they came back normal which confused me, because I still felt awful. They told me I could go home if I wanted and I was telling them how awful I feel so they said they would run some more tests.
The doctor noticed my thyroid levels and she called my primary and told her she should see me sooner than february. So I will be seeing my primary and she will help me fix my thyroid and test me for anything else that I can fix. I was getting so hopeless because I was eating more and yet feeling worse than ever.

I don't really care about my weight right now I just care about feeling healthy and that is a miracle that I would ever say that. But things have been looking up and I don't need to starve my emotions away anymore. I just want to be happy and enjoy the short time I have on this earth.
I have messed up my body with anorexia but hopefully i will be able to fix it before things get worse. When my eating disorder developed I had wanted to die but I feel like living now. I want to live a long time too. This is the start of my recovery.

My low thyroid levels causes me to feel extreme fatigue, dizziness, high blood pressure, my hands are blue because my circulation is poor, my food doesn't digest and sits in my stomach and makes me feel uncomfortable. Theres a ton of things thyroid effects. My boyfriend and I have had 0 intimacy. extreme constipation. My brain gets so slowed and I cannot make coherent sentences and it has caused joint problems like tmj. Your low thyroid might have different symptoms but those are mine. I am using a nutritional approach rather than hormone replacement because I want to try naturally curing it before I have to take a pill with potential side effects.
you should talk to your doctor about how to fix yours.
You should talk to your doctor about it.
