Hello, recovery side of WE. I'm trolling for recipes and your favorite healthy foods.

My list of 'approved' foods is short and stale. I've been eating the same things for months now, at least if I'm not going to purge immediately, and frankly I'm bored.

I will, however, start off with my favorite nutrient cocktails-

Oatmeal, made with almond milk, honey, and a mashed banana (topped with whatever fruit's in season)

Protein smoothie-
1 C frozen fruit
1 C almond milk
1 frozen banana
1/4 C plain greek yogurt
protein powder
Yakult probiotic drink

in a blender, om nom nom

tuna salad-
1 can tuna in water, drained
1 chopped pickle spear
1/4 diced onion
1-2 minced peppers
1/4 C light mayo

makes 2 servings

eggs
two whole eggs, two whites
fry some garlic, onion and jalapeno in a little olive oil
add fresh spinach and wilt
pour scrambled eggs over the greens
cook
a little salt and salsa

I also eat cottage cheese and fruit, yogurt with berries and granola, mashed chickpea salad (which is basically a can of chickpeas with an avocado, some premade hummus, and whatever vegetables I'm feeling, in a food processor), and green salads.

And that's about it.

Feel free to add, I am bored with my food but I have this weird mental block where coming up with new, 'safe' food is a serious problem.

Today I am eating oatmeal, eggs, chickpea mash, and a tuna sandwich. I'm out of blueberries and I almost cried when I realized the fact.
