I get up late every morning so I can skip breakfast with the excuse that I am late for school. Then I walk to school, skip lunch, walk home and eat as little of my tea as possible. I don't snack, what I do eat is the least fatty foods I can get and I walk the longest way to/from school. I also drink a ton of water to keep me full and do things like offer to make the meals so that I can measure out my own small portion, that kinda stuff. I play sports or go out walking the dog as often as possible, and whenever possible I skip meals/feed them to the dog. I am now just *** lbs
