I have had many different therapies sessions before with counsellors and psychiatrists and psychologists in the past and I have never really wanted to go and talk to some one however my dad has always wanted to help and got me to go and see if it will help.

So the time has come again where I am going to start therapy again but this time it is with a rape specialist kind of place...*http://www.sarsas.org.uk/

I am going for an initial assessment which I guess is the questionnaire part where I tick boxes of how I am feeling or whatever.*

I would like to know what therapy has been like when seeing someone specifically for rape?*
I don't want to talk about it!*

Can I talk about other things?
How much of it is focused on what happened?

Thanks in advance!
