I'm trying to form healthy eating habits by shopping better, taking the time to enjoy my food as I eat, and making a mental plan a day in advance for what I'm going to eat tomorrow. It all sounds great in theory but I have some trouble forming habits and sticking to them, so I'm wondering if a pre-ordered healthy meal plan is the way to go? Specifically I read a blog post on eating well (blog.homebistro.com/fresh-meal-plans-make-it-easy-to-eat-well) and wanted to get community input before I gave it a shot. So, what do you think of meal plans like this? Have you ever tried it?
