How many kg do you lost?
Can you suggest me your diet plan?
Also have you used any weight loss supplements to lose weight?

I've been following a paleo diet for a few months now. It keeps my weight in check and give my body the nutrients it needs. "Paleo diet based on the types of foods presumed to have been eaten by early humans, consisting chiefly of meat, fish, vegetables, and fruit, and excluding dairy or grain products and processed food".. so not too much bread and processed foods. I include lots of whole foods, fresh veggies and brown rice, also lean meat.. I saw a naturopath doctor who gave me lots of advice and taught me about foods that would work best for my body type and chemistry. I live in Toronto and saw a local ND - www.ndmedic.com But you can look for naturopathic doctors anywhere on google, and look for one with good reviews.. I think getting a professional to tell me what my body really needs was very helpful and taught me a lot. x
