For the past 2 weeks I have been doing exercise in my room, walking for 20 minutes sometimes in the evening. If I pass for a few days I walk on the treadmill here at home in my basement.

I also want to add that I have been watching what I eat/drink in a day. Personally helps me jot down the time of day. Like a food diary.

SUPER late, but just walking 10,000 steps a day really helps. Normally, I notice the best/fastest results when I'm counting calories and I get in a long walk at least every other day. It's one of the easiest exercises to fit in to your schedule, I find. Just walking around a supermarket can get you a fair bit of distance
When I grow up I want to be nothing at all...
