I'm still in recovery and trying to migrate away from my list of Safe Foods without binging. However, I also need a healthy way to drop some weight (BMI: 28.2) I gained during all this Stay At Home stuff. I find that having a solid window of time to eat keeps me from extremes, like grazing all day or "forgetting" to eat for a couple of days. If anyone else uses this app, I'd really like to have a friend or two for motivation & accountability.
