Hi Guys =]
Im new here so please be nice.
I was in love with a guy, he cheated on me with multiple girls and then told me Id gained too much weight and I was too fat to be with. The next boyfriend found someone else aswell.
Im a size **- ugh disgusting yeah I know.
Im looking for a way to loose weight, I dont expect it to go in an instant but I want it gone. I dont feel like im good enough for anyone.
Ive heard fasting is a good way to loose weight, the only problem is that the second I feel hungry, ill binge. Usually crisps and chocolate. Anyone have any tips to stop me from bingeing the moment I feel a hunger pang?
Also, when im at college I find it hard to find an excuse to tell my friends as to why im not eating anything, what do other people tell their friends? I cant say ive already eaten because they know I havent.
Many Thanks =]

Babe you are looking in the wrong place. The only tip here, and I think we all know this is, to eat healthy depending on your needs. So if you do a lot of exercise you eat a whole different nutrients to say if you are a office worker. But being an anorexic and being healthy are very different if you want to get in shape thats a whole different service and this realm is way too confusing to start.
Stop the binge and start by learning to cook great food, if your not cooking whatever the convineance you can always buy fruit , like melons and mangos( I eat a mango like and apple , no slicing just nibble) Soup is also good, read the vegetable content it will say the percentage , the higher the percentage the better. If your on the go buy cherry tomatoes, radish or baby carrots and snack on that. Now doesnt this sound easy but its very hard so be patient with your self, its all in the eating. The body is an amazing adaptor just keep working towards a goal and maintain it its no good to wanting to lose weight all the time its a very vulnerable position and you can die.
The more you help yourself by replacing bad habbits the better. Most people pick up nasty habits and whats the point of that when you cant feel free and have to hide things from people.Last edited by mary1234; 11-06-2008 at 09:37 AM.

also do let me know if I have been helpful. Have you made any changes in the foods you eat?

Yeah you have been helpful - thank you! =]
I have changed my foods, I eat mainly weightwatchers these days but it hasnt helped me at all. I lost loads of weight at the beginning of the year, but I stopped eating healthy and exercise for one weekend and I never went back on it, I put all the weight back on. But now, Ive done exactly the same but Ive lost nothing.
