    Unhappy I need advise

    Hi all, I am new to this site as I am sick to death of the way I look. I am 9st 10lbs (136lbs) and I am 5ft 3inches and wear a UK size 12-14, I want to be a UK 10 and weight 120lbs or less. I have tried every diet possible and I just cant stick to it. I love food so much. And I detest the gym. I walk about 1 mile every day but the fat just sits on my tummy. I have slim(ish) legs but a big bust which makes me look fatter. And apart from surgery I dont know what else to do.

    Since the age of 15 (i am 29 now) I have make myself sick every now and then. I dont do it regularly minaly because I am worried about the teeth rotting and also being caught. I mean how can you purge when you are out for dinner with friends without raising suspisions or people will think you are doing a number 2 in public!!! Not good!

    I try to cut down on food, but I get irritable and get headaches and lose concentration, and I havea high powered job that can not afford to be done incorrect. The truth of the matter is, I love eating. I love chocolate, chips, cheese and bread. All evil foods.

    Does anyone have any tips for me to get the weight off apart from starving myself?? Do I need to purge after EVERY meal or will one or 2 meals per day suffice (i currently eat 3 meals per day)

    I am at the end of my tether, I am 30 in 2 weeks and want 5 lbs off at least. I dont want to be fat anymore but I cnt find the will power to stop eating.

    I'm so depressed x

    Hey there...
    Your problem is not an uncommon one, I guarantee you.
    My personal advice would be to start cutting down on the size of meals per day even the number of meals, and maybe even substituting fruits and vegetables for high-carb and high-calorie meals.
    Fruits are high in sugar, but they're easy to burn off if you do little exercises throughout the day.
    I do not recommend purging... The effects of purging definitely outweigh the benefits. Don't know how much you know already, but the stomach acid is very bad for your esophagus and can even cause you teeth to rot.
