I've noticed my hair is falling out. Everytime I hold it, quite a lot comes out into my hand. I'm quite scared. Has this happened to anyone? Was it a lot of hair loss? else and did it go back to normal after eating properly/recovery?
Sorry...so many questions.

take some multi vitamins, speak to a pharmasist, you dont have to tell them jack, just say your symptoms and they'll advise you. Not a cure thats for all your ails thats for certain but you can do it if you don't want to go bald.

its not just vitamins, i know it suks but its essential fatty acids we lack the most - from nuts/fish etc. the omegas!! these are what help keep ure hair healthy and strong. yes ure hair will grow back wen u revocer but recovery is lonnnng u shud get what u need inside u while u can. best time is early in the morning, but u cant take them wen u will be purging under 1-2 hours after. or it wont absorb, yep like above mentioned, u could go to a dieitition xx

Thanks for that
I'm going to try not to purge in the morning, and if it gets worse I'll go and see someone about it.

Low thyroid hormones (a TSH above 2.5) can cause hair loss. So you can be in "normal" range according to the tests, and yet be losing hair.
Empty is pure, starving is the cure.
The stomach is a muscle, and like all muscles, it needs rest.
You're not winning this battle tummy ha!

My hair falls out too, all over my school uniform, someone sitting behind me in class today actually said "you have hair like, all over your back".
And my friend comes up to me and pulls hair off my back every lunch time to make it less noticable. Its just everywhere, its all over my hands, skirt, scarf, its so un attractive =\.
