Default Holiday is over darlings--how are we?

I spent so much time worrying about how to survive Thanksgiving dinner but didn't realize how long the whole holiday weekend was going to be. I can't stand the idea of how much I've eaten and hate waking up without that starving feeling in my stomach. I had so many guests that I had to put on the whole eating "performance" but now I'm sick to death and feel like I've gained about 300lbs. I'm desperate to fast again and will do until December 25th.

How are all yo darlings? I haven't been on in about four days and I've missed you all a lot?

I've got no advice other than throwing myself under a bus at this point.

same here....i couldn't get out of eating and i just ate......i pretty much gave up hope in trying to get out of eating or throwing up after eating..so i just ate and now i KNOW i gained at least 20 lbs......i feel like a fat mess...well i AM a fat mess...

Sorry..i have no tip on how to avoid not eating other than avoiding the entire dinner and food...see if you can come up with excuses or stuff...i'm gonna start fasting and hopefully keep with it until 12/15 which is the day i go back home...and then from then on, i'll have to find another way to get out of eating....
