A question girls,
how many activities r u doing in a normally day?
'cause im a private learner, usually sitting at home, near the computer, learning reading, drawing, whatever...in the afternoon: early evening, gym time.
AND NOW SOMETHING HAPPENED WITH MY WAIST SO I CANT GO TO GYM, only Joga.
Sometimes im in school few hours, like 3days in the week.
And the problem is here, f**kn winter, and cold...i cant stay out a lot, as in warmer seasons.
So im getting confused, by can i loose weight normally(????), only eating fruits, if i don't have a lot activities in a day (only in this season, and only in this country)

activities?..... well i only exercise for around 40 mins a day doing my yoga (i know thats not enough but i tend to run out of energy by the end of the day). I am on my feet running around after two kids all day everyday (its my job) plus i get to walk the dogs in the park for an hour a day and shopping after work for a couple of hours. it is frickin freezing here too but i make myself go out - i mean i could just curl up under a thousand layers of jumpers with a hot choc but i dont, i make myself go out no matter the weather.

I usually do about 40mins of light cardio a few times a week. Right now that I'm fasting, I'm not doing much more than fidgiting, lol. I'm steadly dropping pounds though wereas before I was excersising and weight training too hard and my body stopped dropping any weight.
