i'm currently on ABC, and i seriously don't know what to eat on a 500-cal day. i already took half an apple which i think is around 60 cal, so i have 460 more to take. i'm just soclueless right now. if any one of you have been on the ABC diet or currently on the ABC diet, can i know what do you eat on 500-cal days? i'd really appreciate it if you could help.

I had the same problem. I couldn't get myself to eat 500 cals. I was always under the recommended limit for the day but I still staggered my caloric intake enough that I lost lots of weight--from there I went to pure water fasting.
You can very easily make up those calories though by eating vegetables or frozen grapes are a favorite of mine. You'll lose much more weight if you're just doing fruits and veggies anyway but you'd be surprised how quickly different steamed veggies add up....She starves herself to rid herself of sin
