hi im veggie, have been for five years now (for a different reason i might add) but hey the more people stop eating animals the better as far as im concerned. u will find that being vegetarian will give u a-get-out-of-meal-free card when u eat out or with family. All so u will be amazed at how many foods aren't suitable for veggies - some cakes and spreads, crisps, sweets - all the bad foods u would normally avoid - now u have a legitimate reason not to eat them! oh and by simply cutting out the meat from your meal you are cutting like a third of your calories down! anyway, good for u!

    Default Vegan

I do the same thing except that I take it to the extreme that I'm a vegan. Sometimes I do only raw vegan. This makes it really simple to avoid meals and restaurants becuase other than fruits and veggies, there is very little you can eat. People know I'm a vegan so they don't say anything. My mom has noticed that I'm dropping a lot of weight and she's worried, but there is really little she can do about it.

And the kick is so divine when she sees bones beneath her skin...Hey baby can you bleed like me?
