    Default A question...

So I go back to college on Monday, and even though I can't be bothered going back it's a good thing because there's no prying eyes, right?
What I do when I'm at college is get up late so I can skip breakfast, then skip lunch, and resist the snacks when I get home and during the day.
I also do about an hours worth of fast walking per day to and from the bus station, and there's all those stairs to go up at my college.
My only problem is that most of the time it's simply impossibly for me to avoid dinner. My mum or sister don't let me leave the table until I've eaten most of it, and I can't do any other exercise because my mum would wonder why I'm doing it when she says that I'm 'too thin'. And I really don't want to go down the purging route.
So I was wondering, if I'm only eating once a day and being forced to eat quite a lot of fatty, stodgy food, would this make me gain more than if I ate little bits at breakfast and lunch?

Never let a single day pass which gives you reason to say,
    'I'll do better tomorrow'

    hmmm, catch 22.

why don't you tell your mum, that u wanna do some exercise, but NOT 'cause u r feeling fat, because u want a better body.
Like some sporty legs, better butt, etc.
And for example tell to her that, in the collage, most of girls doing the same, and u r not feeling yourself good in your body, when u watcing them or kinda stuffs.
I think its usually works, whit big baby eyes, and calm voice.

That dinner stuff, eeeeew why dont u tell her, it's f**kn unhealthy to having a dinner after 6.

and it's simply true, normal ppl who cares for health, doesn't eat after 6pm.
    Scream yourself to the otherside!
