I need help. I haven't eatten in 2 days. I binged today. I can't purge or excersize. What do I do???

Is the reason that you can't exercise because you're not allowed to, or you might get caught or something? If so, I would recommend secretly exercising. When I wasn't allowed to ride my bike as far anymore by my nutritionist I tried to compensate by doing made up dance aerobics to music in my room. (This is also good if you just don't like to exercise.) I'm not sure how well this works, but I read online that dancing aerobically can burn 300-500 cals an hour depending on your weight.
I don't recommend purging, I used to do it but hated it. I also don't recommend diuretics or laxatives. I've never used them but I read that they either don't really work or can really screw up your body. So I think your best bet after binging is either to burn the calories or restrict the next days.
Oh, I almost forgot. I used to do the restrict/binge/purge cycle. I think if you restrict too much, your body goes crazy and that's why you binge. Maybe trying eating a regular small amount every day, instead of fasting and then binging? Just my guess based on what used to happen to me.Last edited by saryndipitous; 01-11-2009 at 05:58 PM.

The most shit situation ever, i was in completely the same at this weekend.
Maybe some exercise in your room, like when u r walking on stairs, or abdominal stuffs.
and drink a lot of water, cause your system will digesting faster.
and try to forget it, get up early tomorrow, and go to the gym, or for a big run.Scream yourself to the otherside!
