So I'm new here, this seems like a really great site for support, I've being doing this for so long by myself.

A couple months ago I was fasting and restricting alternatively and lost 102 lbs!! but then my parents figured it out and "cured" me. Needless to say I'm horribly fat again and really want to commit to fasting again. Anyone have suggestions for how to diet without the parents getting tipped off?

Well that's the thing, my mum watches me like a hawk so there's no way I can get away with fasting when she's around.
Luckily for me though, she goes away quite a lot so I can do what I want those days.
Do you go to school or have a job?
Because what I do is get up late so I can skip breakfast, not eat lunch at college, then make some sort of excuse to get out of my dinner.
That's the best I can do!

Yeah I can usually get out of lunch and breakfast easy on weekdays, but the worst is dinner and weekends, especially with our ritual of "family dinnertimes." Oh well, I'll figure out some excuse for skipping tonight hopefully.

I also try and make meals for everyone as much as possible, that way you can 'accidentally' make too little, and give yourself a lot less than everyone else with the excuse that you don't want them to go hungry
Either that or turn vegan/veggie if you haven't already.
