    Default plateau

So I was doing really great on the 2468 for 12 days and I had lost 9 pounds, but then on Monday I binged, gained 2 pounds, and started over, but I think my weight has hit a plateau. It won't move! Any ideas on how I can get my metabolism going again?

im right there with you - i hit a plateau last week and im still fricking there! so beyond annoying and demotivating, its so hard to stay strong when the numbers aren't moving. im just going to push on, increase my yoga and drink plenty of water. sooner or later my body will realise that i cant maintain my weight on 300 cals a day! just wish it would hurry. if i were anywhere but here i would fast but unfortunately as i live with my employer and im in charge of her kids i cant do that. i want to fast so badly. oh well just have to stay strong and hope for the best.

I'm a bit stuck too but I know things will get moving again next week when I go back to work. When I'm out all day and busy, eating just isn't an option and I can go the whole day on coffee, water, smokes and diet coke. I'm a little annoyed becuase I'm so close to being back in my 0s. i can wear them, but I think they're too tight! I like my clothes to hang off my hips.

I wish I could be fucked to excersise. I'm just so freaking lazy. I wish I had an excersise addition---really, I do. I'm so lazy, I'd rather just starve

This "lazynesss" is the worst ever, like usually sundays brrr when ure best activity is eatin...,,, if u doing something, or a lot of thing all day...you wont have got time to thinking about "what can i eat, what can i eat?" and u wont bing...it works.
    For me usually.

I know! That's why I can't wait to get back to my usual routine. It makes it so much easier not to think about food.

    We can do this ladies!

i know what u mean about routine - iv been working mornings for my second job and the difference it has made to my diet is catastrophic! i never used to wake up until 11am but now im working from 7am and find myself getting hungry at around 10 and if i snack then i end up eating like a third more cals than normal. thankfully it was only a temp job and im now back to working afternoons and nights, from tomorrow im back to my old routine and should start shifting the weight again.
