    Default help with making people believe you're eating?

    Hi guys.
    I'm 16 and i've been with ana and mia for a few years now. they tend to take turns...its a bit frustrating really

    I was wondering about the tricks you guys use on your parents/collegues/friends, so it looks like you're eating, or they believe you have.
    I went through hospital with ana about a year ago, and my parents and friends have just started to not pay such close attention to my food.

    so. stuff you say? i feel sick? i ate before? moving your food around on your plate...cooking for everyone and not serving up much...

    I NEED HELP. i'm creeping upwards and i need to get back down to 50kg. liquid diet starting in a week....i need to work down to it.

    hi hun, as you've been ana for a few years im not sure how many of these u already know, but hey its worth a try;
    - dirty plates; find a time when you know u will be alone in the house and mess up a couple of plates and leave them by the sink. that way when the family come home u they are more likely to believe that you've just eaten a big meal and are no longer hungry.
    - eat alone as much as possible; i make a point of preparing my food when the family are doing bath and bed for the babies. i know iv got an hour before they come down and by then im hidden away in my room.
    - drink a lot of water (or sugar free squash); i have 2 glasses whenever i eat and always take 3 glasses up to my room at meal times as it stops me going down and snacking.
    - go out more; tell your family your going to a mates for dinner, take the opportunity to go to the gym, swimming baths, go for a run or ride your bike for an hour or so.
    - if forced to eat with others then move food around your plate, drink water between mouthfuls, talk a lot to divert attention away from your plate and go to the bathroom a couple of times to kill time. failing that say you dont like whats on your plate or that you have a tummy ache, or are just not that hungry as you've allready eaten a big breakfast/lunch.

    yeah i did know most of those, but i never went the heaps of dishes. just one. maybe that will help
    it sucks havuing a big family where everyone eats together.

    Question Going back to the pills..

    Hello everyone!

    Im new to this things so.. I gained almost 15 kgs last year I had some changes in my life. I used to take psicotropics but now Im working I can't be too high.. lol so.. I really need something that will make me lose the weight. I heard about Alli but im not sure about the oily ass.. I've also hear about those GNC phentermine but it speeds my hearbit like hell I know you have to take them 30 min before going to the gym.. Im willing to try good pills.. Let me know.. I need to lose this weight in 3 months tops 4! TY

    Im 155cm
    54kgs want to be again 40kgs
