So I completed a one week fast (bc I left home for a week) and it went really well. It felt so good and empowering. I wasn't hungry at all. All I had was water and an occasional cup of unsweetened (super bitter) cranberry juice. I didn't suffer any of the usual dizziness and nausea side effects like I usually do on fasts. But once that week was over and I had to come back home, I am forced to eat with my family. Granted I eat so incredibly minimally, but I just feel horrible after all my will power and self control I exerted I have to "eat" now. Once I started eating, all I wanted was dessert. I'm trying my best to stay as far away from the kitchen as possible, but all I can think about is chocolate and ice cream. I'm trying to keep myself busy, as to avoid a binge, but what can I do to make this craving go away?
Worst part is, I'm not even hungry. I think I just want chocolate bc I'm depressed

i keep a box of strawberries or satsumas in my room at all times just incase - it keeps my hands busy and they are sweet enough to satisfy sugar cravings.
