Default How do I loose weight fast?

The 1. of january I started dieting (again again) it lasted for about 14 days and I lost about 6kg, but then I couldn't stick to the diet (that happens most of the times after some time) and I gained all the weight again!

When I'm on my little diets I feel great and thin but then they fail and I hate my self because I couldn't stick to it...

So my question is what do you guys do to stay on your dieds, what do you do to loose weight?

I really would like all kind of tips you can give me!

I write down everything I eat and the nutrition info. I be sure it doesn't get above 700, unless I feel fat that day... in which case it shouldn't go above 300.
