    Exclamation New and Desperate

I need help. I have been struggling to lose weight since i was a child but i had another eating disorder...overeating. I am now trying to lose all of this weight, as much as i can between 50 and 100 pounds. Anorexia is the only way at this point. Does anyone have any advice?

I too overeat... =/.. And during the past year I have out on a lot of kilos.
But I'm on my way down again =)

My advise is to get back in control over the cravings.
For me, exercise, staying away from the kitchen during the afternoon and nights have helped a lot. Also eating soups, salads and drinking lots of water!

I also made a eating/workout-plan for myself so that I will manage to get back in control over the food intake and the burning of the calories =)
